Consultations at WellPet
Unlike most veterinary hospitals, WellPet Vet consultations are 30 minutes long instead of the traditional 15 minutes. This allows for plenty of time to fully assess your pet from nose to tail and address any concerns you might have and discuss available options for your pet.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Our veterinary records are fully computerised using the advanced veterinary recording program RxWorks. This system digitally links all of our hospitals, allowing clients to visit any of our hospitals and your pets records be immediately accessible.
We run on an appointment system, meaning you should be seen promptly on arrival. However, occasionally emergencies happen and vets may be delayed. We offer free coffee and home baked goods whilst waiting in reception, as well as children’s play area and digital TV.
Drop off service available
If you work and are unable to attend a consult during normal hours, we offer a free drop off boarding service – you can drop your pet off in the morning and pick it up that night – a vet will assess them during the day and speak to you at a convenient time.
Free Puppy and Kitten checks
Have a new pet? We also offer FREE puppy and kitten initial health checks, to check your new pets health and to provide advice on health care, including: vaccinations, parasite protection, nutrition and dental advice, behavior, pet insurance and desexing.
